Task Specific Services
This relates to requests such as: “We just need help getting home care set up,” or: “We want to find an assisted living apartment that will work for Mom.” Ask us if we can pull together a flat rate for your services. It isn't always possible, but when it is, we’re glad to offer this option.
Smooth Move Services
We offer a package personalized for your situation around the actual move from one location to another within our community. There’s a string of tasks needed at your end, and another string of tasks needed at the new location, such as cable hook up (which may require a family member be present) and forms. Did the doctor fill out the form for assisted living? Is the PRI or PPD completed? Have all the medications been transferred? Were new prescriptions needed? Who is going to sit at the new location and fill out the admission day paperwork while everything else is going on?
Vacation Relief Services
Are you worried about taking a vacation and being away from your parent? We at Senior Life understand the strain of worry and care for your parents and having enough time to tend to your own family. Go away. Enjoy your vacation. We will be here to check in on your parent and/or respond if there is a mishap. (Some exclusions apply.)
Group Consultation Services
Do you know other people who are worried about an older adult? Why not split the cost of a consultation among you? Get your friends together, and we will offer a presentation geared to the needs of the group. We’ll leave time for questions and answers. It is a comfortable setting to learn and get support.
